Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Customer Acquisition Executive to drive new business and revenue growth through the sale of Microsoft licenses and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise licensing agreements, with a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell into new and existing accounts.
You will own the full sales life cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on strategic accounts across various industries. This is a remote position requiring exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Objectives
Acquire new customers through direct sales of Microsoft licensing solutions
Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound channels
Develop strong pipelines for Microsoft licensing deals across SMB and enterprise segments
Engage and consult with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads)
2. Sales Execution & Account Conversion
Position and sell Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics, etc.) based on customer needs
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs
Prepare and present compelling proposals with pricing structures
Manage negotiations and close deals independently or with support from senior leadership
3. Cross-Selling and Upselling
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts for additional Microsoft licenses or complementary services
Build full account development plans and execute growth strategies
Educate clients on evolving Microsoft products, licensing options, and cost-saving models
4. Relationship Management & Customer Retention
Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular contact with clients
Ensure client satisfaction through smooth onboarding and follow-up
Collaborate with support teams to ensure service excellence and license renewal
5. CRM & Reporting
Log all sales activities, leads, and updates in the companyβs CRM
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
Generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership on performance metrics
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Microsoft Sales certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Experience
3β8 years of experience in IT/software sales (Selling License)
Minimum 3Β years of hands-on experience selling Microsoft licenses (M365, Azure, etc.)
Experience in account development, renewals, and long-term client engagement
Global sales or Middle East experience is a plus, but not required
Remote sales experience preferred
Skills and Competencies
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and pricing structures
CRM tools experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a remote environment
Ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner
