Summary

Join our team and help authors create beautiful books by offering support to users, reviewing projects, building customer funnels, maintaining FAQs, suggesting product features, and contributing to a high NPS. As part of a remote team, you'll work collaboratively while showing initiative and taking responsibility for your tasks.

Requirements

  • Analytical mind
  • Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Strong writing skills, with perfect grammar and spelling
  • Native-level English speaker

Responsibilities

  • Offering support to Reedsy users
  • Reviewing projects submitted on the platform
  • Building customer funnels (design emails and in-app messages) to reactivate users and introduce Reedsy's features to them
  • Maintaining and update our FAQ based on user feedback and questions
  • Suggesting product features based on user feedback
  • Contributing to maintaining a high NPS (currently at 86!)
