Customer Innovation engineers are business process and customer centric engineers who improve our customer’s overall user experience by accelerating process solutions for digital adoption. As part of the FCTO team, they are professionals who design, develop and maintain Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Solutions. They use their creativity and technical skills while applying the principles of software engineering to help solve new and ongoing problems for our customers.

What You’ll Own

  • Support full development life cycle using a DevOps approach with a product mindset.
  •  Demonstrate good judgment in selecting the appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining a solution.
  • Use field, customer, sales, and internal product requirements to design solutions as part of an agile team.
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to capture requirements and solutions.
  • Write well-designed and testable code following best practice agile principles while considering operational feasibility and sustainability of the solution.
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional DAP Solution.
  • Develop solution verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
  • Document and maintain solution functionality (troubleshoot, debug and upgrade) following a continuous improvement methodology.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of accelerator data describing the accelerator functionality and delivery communication for all supported functions.
  • Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback.
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards. Ensure solutions are updated with the latest target platform features.

What You’ll Need to Suceed

  • BS or above, Master’s degree is preferred; major in computer science or related engineering fields; 3 years or above with relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) software. Skills and experience as business analyst with working acumen for various business processes.
  • 2 years of experience using application software technologies and techniques (integration, orchestration, automation, data services) in an agile DevOps environment.
  • Experience using visual or no-code development tools as part of your toolkit. Relational database experience.
  • Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment.
  • Expert knowledge of object oriented programming.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of experience building with WalkMe Products.TOGAF training or experience.
  • TOGAF training or experience.

$80,000 - $100,000 a year

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
