Our client is a company specializing in providing innovative solutions for business operations. They are currently seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join their team, responsible for driving lead generation, setting appointments, and managing the sales pipeline.

Location and Time:

Fully Remote (9 AM - 6 PM EST)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and setting appointments to generate new business opportunities. Your role will involve nurturing leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email communication, ensuring the successful scheduling of meetings and contributing to the overall sales goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to coach themselves to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate new business leads.

    • Use LinkedIn and email communication to prospect and establish connections with potential clients.

  • Appointment Scheduling & Pipeline Management:

    • Set appointments with qualified leads and ensure proper follow-up through email and LinkedIn messaging.

    • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure leads are effectively nurtured into booked appointments.

  • Lead Nurturing & Communication:

    • Utilize LinkedIn and email to engage with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.

    • Follow up on initial outreach to convert leads into scheduled meetings.

  • Performance Metrics & Accountability:

    • Measured by the number of meetings booked from cold calls, with a focus on consistent performance and efficiency.

    • No responsibility for appointment show rate.

Qualifications:

  • Experience & Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach.

    • Proficiency with LinkedIn and the ability to conduct outreach through LinkedIn messages effectively.

    • Experience in basic email copywriting to communicate effectively and persuasively with leads.

    • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and nurture leads into scheduled appointments.

  • Attributes:

    • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of coaching yourself to improve performance and results.

    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

    • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with the sales team to meet goals.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly appointment-setting targets.

  • Efficiently nurturing leads to convert them into booked appointments.
