Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clients through the use of our platform
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of customer inquiries and their resolutions
- Communicate with clients throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through to continued platform use, to improve retention and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients, promoting brand loyalty and advocacy
- Collaborate with various internal teams to improve client experience on the platform
- Create and maintain client-facing documentation and educational resources, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant
- Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives in the customer support function
