Job description
We are looking for 15 Customer Service Representatives to join their busy team! We are also looking for 10-15 bilingual reps to fill multiple slots. This is a work from home position for various well-known major corporations.

- Theme Park Reservations
- Cruise Ship
- Online Auction
- Home Repair Stores
- Cable/Internet Provider
- And MORE!
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
路 Flexible Scheduling ( Set your own)
路 Minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 40+ depending on the client
路 Please note it may require weekend availability (either Saturday AND/OR Sunday)
PAY RATES:
$9.00-$12.00 per hour
JOB DUTIES:
路 Taking incoming calls from clients
路 Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail
路 Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment
路 Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions
路 Additional support duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
路 A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
路 Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10
路 Per the client鈥檚 request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)
路 Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY
路 High school diploma or GED
路 A stable work history
路 Excellent communication and listening skills
