The Role As a Customer Support Specialist at Workyard, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping users get the most out of our platform. You’ll support customers throughout their journey—from onboarding and troubleshooting to sharing updates and insights. You’ll be a critical player in our mission to retain and grow our customer base through stellar support and proactive engagement.
This is a remote role within the US and requires full US working rights.
Salary: $55,000USD/year
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support through email, chat, and occasional phone channels to help customers resolve issues and succeed with our product.
Build deep knowledge of our platform and become a trusted resource for customers.
Deliver product training and walkthroughs to help users understand features and best practices.
Proactively communicate product updates, enhancements, and relevant industry insights to customers.
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to surface feedback and prioritize customer needs.
Identify opportunities for customer advocacy and introduce users to our referral program.
Support retention efforts by helping resolve renewal objections and encouraging feature adoption.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a customer support or success role, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience supporting SaaS products and a passion for helping users solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
