What will you do as a Czech Customer Search Engine Consultant:

  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with all customers and show empathy at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats

The role of the Czech Customer Search Engine Consultant requires:
