As a Delivery Operations Leader, you will lead the successful execution and delivery of Adobe content supply chain solutions for the world’s biggest brands. You will ensure seamless integration of our Connected Work® solutions, drive operational excellence, and maintain high client satisfaction, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive process improvements to support LeapPoint’s growth and reputation as a leader in innovative solutions.
Note: This is a remote, work from home position
As a Delivery Operations Leader at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive Operational Excellence: develop and implement processes and best practices and methodologies to optimize efficiency, scalability, and performance of delivery operations
- Contribute to Growth: identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, streamline operations, and support business development initiatives
- Lead Project Delivery Management: lead the end-to-end delivery of Adobe content supply chain solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Ensure Seamless Integration: collaborate with technical and product teams to integrate solutions into client workflows, addressing challenges proactively
- Maintain Client Satisfaction: serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Team Leadership: manage and mentor delivery teams providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development to optimize performance and collaboration
- Resource Allocation: oversee resource planning and allocation to balance workloads and meet project demands
- Performance Metrics: define and track KPIs to measure delivery success (e.g., client satisfaction, project profitability, implementation timelines) and report progress to leadership
The following skills will set you up for success:
- 8+ years leading digital transformation projects for major brands
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, delivery management, or supply chain roles
- Proven track record of delivering and managing large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and KPI tracking
- Experience in MarTech or content supply chain solutions is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Attributes: Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact. Track record of doing things that haven’t been done before and thriving in ambiguity
Certifications: PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront Certified Project Manager a plus
Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
Compensation & Benefits:
- The base salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results as a Delivery Operations Leader
