We’re seeking a Director of Consulting Delivery Operations to lead our global project and product management teams, optimize delivery processes, and ensure that every client engagement exceeds expectations. This role is integral to scaling operations, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business value.
The Director of Consulting Delivery Operations will oversee resource management, process optimization, and execution excellence across teams, ensuring that delivery capabilities align with client needs and business goals. This role emphasizes a client-centric mindset, fostering teams that proactively identify solutions, go the extra mile, and deliver impactful results. The Director of Consulting Delivery Operations will report to and collaborate closely with the VP of Delivery to continuously enhance processes and prioritize client satisfaction at every stage.
What You’ll Do
Client-Centric Delivery: Drive a client-first mindset in all delivery activities, ensuring that every project exceeds client expectations and delivers high-impact, business-aligned results.
Optimizing Delivery Processes: Lead the continuous improvement of delivery processes, balancing efficiency with a relentless focus on the client experience, ensuring that delivery is seamless and exceeds quality standards.
Coaching and Development: Mentor and coach the global Project Managers (PMs) and Product Managers (PMs), fostering a culture where teams proactively ask the right questions, anticipate challenges, and take ownership of delivering excellence.
Resource Management & Planning: Oversee resource optimization and capacity planning, ensuring that the right skills are available at the right time to meet client needs while maintaining an agile, flexible delivery structure.
Project Execution Excellence: Manage and execute high-impact client engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of solutions that align with client business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and Sales team to ensure delivery processes align with company-wide growth strategies and client acquisition efforts. Collaborate with Client Engagement Leads to manage client relationships and with Technical Solutions Leadership to ensure technical execution meets client requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback loops and performance metrics that prioritize client satisfaction and drive continuous operational improvement in delivery teams.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 7-10 years in consulting roles, with a proven track record in client delivery. Extensive experience in technology consulting or the tech industry, with a focus on SaaS, Cloud Solutions, Data Science, AI & Machine Learning, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Software, or e-commerce solutions, is highly preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to exceed standard expectations. Focus on cultivating a client-centric mindset and driving high-impact results that continuously improve client satisfaction.
Resource Planning: Strong experience with resource management, capacity planning, and process optimization, with a deep understanding that client satisfaction is the key measure of success. Ability to align resources and optimize workflows to deliver outstanding client results.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for working with a diverse team and clients.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to lead with strategic intent, collaborating with senior leadership to shape client growth plans and adjust strategies based on evolving insights. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, proactively address issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and relationship continuity.
