Job Description

As a Deployment Coordinator you will be the client’s first point of contact post-contract, owning the setup, configuration, and transition of their EMR environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver seamless deployments and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Environment Analysis & Configuration

    • Gather project requirements; create and configure MYLE environments.

    • Run and validate simple SQL scripts.

    • Coordinate configuration tasks with external service providers and internal teams.

  • Client Point of Contact

    • Serve as primary liaison after contract signing.

    • Schedule and lead introductory meetings and communicate key milestones.

    • Manage feature-activation requests in line with contract additions and upsells.

  • Transition Coordination

    • Synthesize project details into clear action plans.

    • Collaborate with Project Managers to plan client go-lives.

  • Data Transfer Management

    • Oversee data transfer projects; validate quality assurance.

    • Track all stakeholder interactions and issue resolutions.

  • Team Support

    • Provide assistance to the deployment team during go-live.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues; propose and implement solutions.

    • Offer occasional on-site support to our clients during deployments.

  • Documentation & Best Practices

    • Write and maintain activation procedures in our documentation database.

    • Update “how-to” guides for new feature releases.

  • Client Offboarding

    • Coordinate offboarding processes for decommissioned clients.

Working Conditions

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Work mode: Hybrid or remote (within the province of Quebec only)

  • Location requirement: You must reside in the Quebec region and be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; must be comfortable juggling multiple projects

  • Proactive problem-solving and anticipating needs to remove blockers

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset

  • Demonstrated diligence and attention to detail; following tasks through to completion

  • Willingness to travel on-site occasionally
