As part of our forward-thinking digital asset firm, you'll advise on corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments. With at least nine years of practice experience, preferably in a global context, you'll bring substantial legal expertise to our team.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- Admission to a State Bar or equivalent legal qualification
- 9+ years practicing law
- 4+ years in a global regulatory environment
- 5+ years of experience working with or in direct exposure of Financial Services institutions or FinTech companies
- Experience with regulatory compliance in U.S., U.K., and E.U. jurisdictions
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures, ensuring the company's adherence to global regulatory standards and frameworks
- Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory changes in every jurisdiction where FalconX operates, ensuring company policies comply with the latest rules
- Analyze and address inquiries from regulatory agencies and advise on how changes in regulations affect company operations
- Provide legal guidance to the executive team on the risk and benefits of corporate strategies
- Manage communications with regulators, including timely filings and responses
- Develop comprehensive plans for regulatory exams and inspections
- Provide expert advice on the legal implications of company strategies and potential business impacts

- Full-time position with an expected annual compensation of $210,000.00 - $310,000
