Founded in 2014, we connect self-insured employers directly to regional healthcare providers through a bundled payment solution for specialty care. Our platform simplifies healthcare payments, reduces costs, and streamlines health benefits for employers and their members.

We negotiate directly with top-quality healthcare providers as a value-based Centers of Excellence network to offer upfront bundled payments. This approach saves employers up to 45% per procedure and eliminates out-of-pocket medical bills for patients, with most patients enrolled in non-HDHPs paying $0. We find that 30% of our members avoid unnecessary surgery, and we guarantee health outcomes through warranties, holding providers accountable for procedures.

Our employer clients include Prudential, Sodexo, United Airlines, US Foods, Charter Communications, and Self-Insured Schools of California. We guide members from initial screening through post-discharge care, offering non-medical support and advocacy.

We are a team of 51-200 employees and operate remotely with flexible schedules. While remote-first, we also have office locations in San Francisco and Chicago for collaboration.
