Are you a passionate DevOps Engineer and ready to make an impact? At Luscii, you will be a part of a new team - working together with colleagues in both The Netherlands and the USA. Our mission is to create space for care by revolutionizing healthcare worldwide. As we see the importance of a perfect balance between meaningful work and your personal life, we’ve introduced a remote-first environment to work in at Luscii. Are you ready to join us and help shape the future of digital health? This might be the role for you!

Your role

At Luscii, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who blends technical know-how with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams to build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, automate workflows, and integrate new technologies into our software stack.

But there’s more to it than just tech. Thanks to our holacracy-based way of working, you are encouraged to explore other roles, take ownership, and contribute to our mission in ways that allign with your strengths and interests. At Luscii, initiative and responsibility aren’t just welcomed - they’re part of our DNA.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into smart, scalable system designs.

  • Build and manage our cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on security, scalability, and compliance.

  • Automate deployment pipelines and streamline internal processes for greater efficiency.

  • You can organise your own flexible workspace if you want.

We aim to be the best at what we do, valuing development for our products and our people. Every day, striving for improvement. We don’t need to motivate you to keep your knowledge up-to-date; you’re likely already driven to continue developing yourself technically. We support this!

Before describing the wishlist for our ideal candidate, it’s important to mention that at Luscii, it’s all about teamwork. We’re not looking for lone wolves but individuals who genuinely want to become part of a (international) team of around 50 colleagues, supporting each other whenever possible.
