Join a high-impact sales leadership team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation as our Director, Regional Sales. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Account Directors responsible for both expanding existing enterprise relationships and winning new business. You’ll drive execution across the full sales cycle and play a key role in accelerating our path to $1B+ in revenue.

This fast-paced, results-driven team is composed of experienced, consultative sellers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product—and gain visibility with senior leadership as you shape our regional go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Directors selling into enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
  • Build a culture of consultative selling using frameworks like MEDDIC and value-based selling.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
  • Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Track record of leading teams responsible for both new business and account growth.
  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and territory strategy.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and with channel partners.
