JOB SUMMARY:
The Microsoft Dynamics Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role involves ensuring the system’s performance, security, and reliability, as well as supporting users and troubleshooting issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including user management, security roles, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Work with third-party vendors and consultants to integrate additional functionalities and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage Dynamics 365 Marketing solutions, including email marketing, campaign automation, event management, and lead management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with implementation and migration from Salesforce.com.
