Key Responsibilities:
As an E-Commerce Analyst Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our e-commerce operations and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for both new and existing brands.
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis, evaluating their online presence, product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising (ads peg research) to identify best practices and inform our own strategies.
Affiliate Marketing Support:
- Identify and reach out to targeted affiliate partners to expand our reach and drive sales.
- Manage the process of sample approvals for affiliates, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
- Assist in tracking affiliate performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Regularly update and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, including commercial performance, days of inventory, and affiliate metrics.
- Contribute to the analysis of data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Logistics & Operations Support:
- Provide assistance with logistics-related tasks, particularly in the area of importation, helping to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Marketing & Partnership Support:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a focus on partnerships and collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Assist in the coordination and communication with external partners.
Key Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new software and tools
