Reporting to the AVP of Financial Services Sales, the Enterprise Account Director will be at the forefront of new customer acquisition within the Property & Casualty Insurance Carrier market. You will own a named list of Strategic Level accounts and partner accounts, drive high‑impact field engagements, and orchestrate complex sales cycles that bring measurable value to clients.
This is a hunter role—heavy on business development, territory planning, joint engagement plans, and value‑based selling. Expect travel for in‑person discovery, on‑site demos, executive‑level negotiations and trade events.
What You’ll Do
Develop & execute a territory business plan that prioritizes whitespace accounts, leverages channel partners, and sets quarterly goals for pipeline creation and bookings.
Prospect relentlessly—through partner referrals, outbound campaigns, industry events, and social selling—to open C‑suite‑level conversations and expand InvoiceCloud’s footprint.
Lead value‑centric discovery and qualification to quantify business impact and establish clear success criteria.
Build comprehensive account plans & mutual action plans that align buyer and seller activities with a shared timeline to value.
Drive deal teams (Solution Consultants, Alliances, Legal, Implementation) to execute high‑quality demos, tailored proposals, and compelling business cases.
Forecast accurately in Salesforce with well‑documented next steps, close plans, and stakeholder maps.
Collaborate with Partner Managers to educate, enable, and motivate channel sellers; run joint field calls and marketing programs.
Represent InvoiceCloud at industry conferences and onsite executive briefings, translating market feedback into product and GTM insights.
What You’ll Bring
7-10+ years of quota‑carrying success selling enterprise SaaS or fintech solutions—ideally payments, billing, or customer‑engagement platforms.
Domain knowledge in P&C Insurance or Consumer Finance is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to navigate and close seven‑figure, multi‑stakeholder deals using a structured sales methodology (Value, Challenger)
Demonstrated success working through and with channel/partner ecosystems.
High business acumen, crisp executive communication, and a consultative mindset.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales‑enablement tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, indetermining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
