About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Account Executive, Enterprise to join our team to drive net new logo acquisition in the enterprise space from prospecting stage to closing.

As an Account Executive on the Enterprise team, you will educate and evangelize key stakeholders on the value of the Forma platform and a new way of thinking about benefits.  If you are passionate about value selling and managing your own pipeline from prospect to close, this is the right role for you.

You Will

  • Own the sales cycle with our largest customers - from the prospecting stage to closing deals

  • Drive innovative solutions for customers across industries

  • Become an expert in selling Forma’s benefit solution

  • Partner with brokers and technology solutions while working closely with our internal teams across Support, Onboarding and Customer Success

Preferred Skills

  • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience and has a rolodex of Enterprise brands

  • Proven success selling into CFO suite/finance personas

  • Health tech experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of the broker ecosystem is preferred

  • Experience being a full-stack Account Executive (from outbound demand generation to close)

  • Experience in a value sale, where education around a new way of thinking is required
