Responsibilities: Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel for staff, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and budgets
- Act as a point of contact for travelers, providing support for changes, emergencies, and documentation
- Track travel expenses and assist with post-trip reconciliation and reporting
Responsibilities: Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records, calendars, and databases for events and travel
- Support the Events and Travel team with reporting, invoicing, and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and assist with internal communications related to events and travel
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage documents accurately and efficiently
- Ability to independently drive document approval processes and obtain required signatures in a timely manner
- Experience working with internal workflows, document management, and invoice processing is a strong advantage
- Experience with event management and/or travel booking platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in event planning and/or corporate travel coordination is a plus
- Fluent Russian is required
- English: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
