We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Recruiter with 5-7 years of experience. This role requires a strong blend ofstrategic sourcing, client management, and candidate engagement skills to identify and attract top leadership talent across various industries. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in managing theend-to-endexecutive search process, partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their leadership hiring needs and delivering strategic talent solutions.
  • Identify and engage senior-level talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and networking.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and executive hiring best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior executives, providing insights on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Continuously refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-7 years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in both agency and inhouse environments.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering on executive search mandates.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, market research, and other tools.
  • Experience working across various industries and functional areas is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
