We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our growing team at Keller Executive Search. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional senior-level talent across various industries. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with client organisations across diverse sectors
- Conduct comprehensive client briefings to understand organisational culture, role requirements, and strategic objectives
- Provide expert consultation on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
- Manage multiple client assignments simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards
Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
- Execute sophisticated search strategies to identify passive and active executive-level candidates
- Utilise advanced research techniques, professional networks, and industry knowledge to build comprehensive candidate pipelines
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and reference checks
- Present detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to clients with strategic insights
Market Intelligence and Business Development
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, compensation structures, and competitive landscape
- Develop sector expertise and thought leadership within assigned market segments
- Contribute to business development activities through networking, referrals, and market presence
- Prepare market mapping reports and talent intelligence for client organisations
Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate coaching, and facilitate feedback sessions
- Negotiate employment terms and manage offer processes to ensure successful closures
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years of executive search or senior-level recruitment experience
- Proven track record of successful executive placements across multiple industry sectors
- Experience working with C-suite, director-level, and senior management positions
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies, ATS systems, and professional databases
- Advanced research and sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Familiarity with South African and International employment legislation and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Professional recruitment certification or ongoing professional development
