City Wide Facility Solutions β Oakland is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to manage client relationships, oversee nightly operations, and ensure service quality across our commercial facility accounts.

Responsibilities
Account & Facility Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients in the Oakland/East Bay area
- Manage and grow strong client relationships through site visits, communication, and service planning
- Coordinate services delivered by independent contractors (ICs) across janitorial and maintenance work
- Ensure services are completed on time, within scope, and according to contract terms
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through proactive client engagement
Night Operations (2nd Shift)
- Conduct nightly facility walkthroughs to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide oversight to contractors
- Address service issues and client concerns in real-time during the second shift
- Be available for occasional on-call support or emergency response during night hours
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Implement quality control systems and perform routine audits
Document deficiencies, assign corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions
Track compliance with service agreements, safety standards, and performance KPIs
Prepare reports and participate in client business reviews as needed
2β3+ years in facility services, janitorial management, or B2B account management
Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally overseeing operations or contractors
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with computers and comfortable using CRM platforms and mobile apps for scheduling, reporting, and communication
Willingness to work second shift (afternoon/evening) with flexible hours
Ability to resolve service issues with urgency and professionalism
Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Base Salary + uncapped commission + bonus
