This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic financial planning. This role plays a critical part in driving financial efficiency, supporting business growth, and providing insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main mission of the FA will be Central FP&A related with these particular duties:
- Taking the lead on IT Forecasting and reporting for Trax Group,
- Updating Monthly Functional Reporting allowing on time finance partnering,
- Headcount & PnL mapping analysis to increase accuracy and accountability
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced English level
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in FP&A team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus.
