We offer full-service care so seniors can age at home in their community. Our core offering is the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which helps seniors live independently. Services include medical care, care coordination, home care, dental services, transportation, physical therapy, prescription management, social activities, and meals.

Founded in 2015, we operate in the Hospitals and Health Care industry. Our leadership team consists of physician entrepreneurs from organizations like GoHealth Urgent Care, BAYADA Home Health, AirStrip Technologies, Evolent Health, and On Lok. We receive funding from venture investors.

Our operations ensure high-quality, compliant care. We manage Medicaid and Medicare coverage, maintain eligibility data, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Our engineering teams build production-grade APIs, integrations, and AI/ML-enabled services. They architect scalable cloud-native solutions and ensure our systems comply with healthcare standards like HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, and EDI. We also handle government affairs, advocacy, and regulatory management for our PACE program.
