Talent Development Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Development Specialist to join our growing, fully remote team. This role is key to enhancing employee performance, supporting HR strategy, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across a global workforce. You’ll design, implement, and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our employees and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging, scalable training programs tailored to a diverse, remote workforce
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skills gaps and align development initiatives with business goals
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and team-specific trainings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders and HR Business Partners to support employee growth and performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data to continuously optimize program design
- Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of internal HR policies and resources
- Support broader People & Culture initiatives related to performance, engagement, and career development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
- Experience designing training for remote or globally distributed teams
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback and data into actionable insights
- Understanding of LATAM labor practices is a plus
- Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a bonus
