Working hours: 1pm - 9.30pm PH time
This is a one year contract
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Support in year-end audits for all entities across the group, liaising with auditors as required.
Support month end accounts receivable process including the generation and issuance of sales invoices
Prepare daily cash flow projections and monitor bank balances.
Conduct daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Provide support for the company’s travel booking system and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Process and monitor corporate expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accurate financial records.
Support budget process and provide detailed analysis.
Assist with the preparation and submission of government returns (e.g., VAT) and Intrastat reports as required.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Provide ad-hoc financial and administrative support to the finance team.
Support on finance-related projects as required.
Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using accounting software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience with SAP Hana an advantage
