Salary: P120,000-P140,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management or controller role.
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience handling financial operations in AU and NZ
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications or IT Services and Consulting industry.
What will you do?
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our dynamic team, supporting operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role plays a key part in driving financial excellence within a fast-paced telecommunications and IT consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, thrive in a remote work setting, and possess experience in managing international markets
- Oversee and manage the Accounts inbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support the preparation and analysis of Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements to financial procedures and processes.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to guide business decisions.
- Monitor and enhance internal financial controls.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions.
- Coordinate equipment leasing and asset management activities.
- Streamline accounting operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in strategic planning and financial forecasting for business growth.
- Evaluate financial risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Perform ad-hoc financial duties and projects as needed.
