Summary
The job is for a 6+ month assignment as an experienced ForgeRock Engineer working remotely with ForgeRock Professional Services on identity management projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, designing and deploying ForgeRock Identity Stack components, integrating products with cloud platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical guidance, and documenting system configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with ForgeRock Identity Stack products (Open IDM, Open AM, Open DJ)
- Proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) concepts and best practices
- Hands-on experience with identity management deployments in cloud environments
- Strong understanding of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their identity management requirements and translate them into ForgeRock solutions
- Design, configure, and deploy ForgeRock Identity Stack components including Open IDM, Open AM, and Open DJ
- Implement and customize identity and access management solutions to meet client specifications
- Integrate ForgeRock products with various cloud platforms, ensuring seamless operation and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ForgeRock deployments
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation process
- Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices for future reference
Preferred Qualifications
ForgeRock certifications (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Professional) preferred but not required
