About Aios Medical
Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are increasing the accessibility of GLP-1 medications to accelerate their take-up to help solve obesity worldwide.
To do that, we’re building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct-to-patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands.
Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no-nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) & Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct-to-patient infrastructure to serve next-gen biotech products at-scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years.
In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion dollar healthcare company.
How far along are we?
We’ve grown >2000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >20x since Aug 2023. We’re >$50M/yr revenue. We’ve been cashflow positive since June 2023. We’re >10,000 customers with high NPS.
We’re a young startup and we’re just getting started. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

Being the Founding GM (India) at Aios Medical
As Founding GM (India), your fundamental role is to launch and run our India operations from scratch — everything from supply, compliance, and early ops to growth, hiring, and patient experience.
You’ll own our v1 launch. You’ll get the market live fast, make sure it runs well, and set it up to grow. You’ll handle the messy, unglamorous early work, while building the foundations for a long-term, thriving business.
Great performance in this role means the foundations are in place to serve 100,000+ patients in India over the next few years, and we’ve reached 1,000 monthly active patients by the end of the first quarter. If you nail the role, you’ll be the top candidate for long-term leadership of the India business.
This is a full-time, fully remote role. You should be based in India.
This is a senior role. You’ll report directly to Richie :) (our CEO). I’m intense, so you’ll also be intense. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life.
Key responsibilities
You’ll lead the India launch, run it in the early days, and set it up to grow fast and well.
**India Launch**: Own the v1 launch. Get all legal, supply, and operational pieces live so we can start serving patients.
GM Execution: Build the first version of our operations in India — lean, reliable, and able to scale. You’ll own everything operational to get the market live: growth ops, support systems and general entropy-wrangling.
**Compliance & Partnerships**: Lock in all licenses, supply agreements, and local partnerships needed to operate.
**Regulatory fluency**: You can quickly understand and work within complex legal and compliance requirements.
Need to have
**Experience**: 4+ years launching and running operations in high-growth startups, lots of experience building end-to-end market infrastructure in India from scratch. You’ve owned legal setup, regulatory approvals, and overall day-to-day operations.
Self-starter: You’re a doer. You’ve been pulled into important problems, taken risks, excelled in new areas.
**Builder**: You’ve set up systems, processes, and teams from scratch. You’ve gone 0 → 1 before.
**Trenches**: You don’t hesitate to get your hands dirty. In the early days, it’s all on you.
Strategy + Execution: You can switch between making big calls and doing the work yourself.
Nice to have
Market: You know how to move fast in unfamiliar or highly regulated markets.
**Figure it out:**You’re one of those people who can be dropped anywhere and find a way to make it work.
**Systems:**You build and run ops that make the patient experience smooth end-to-end. You fix root issues so the experience gets better as we scale.

Compensation & Benefits
You get paid above market and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this.
Compensation: $80k-$110k inc equity
