You will:

  • Promote enabling work at the edges supported by a core set of defined services.
  • Modify engagement models to support rapid test and deployment of new technology.
  • Promote workforce scaling model that grows with the application catalog.
  • Use monitoring tools (ie, Dynatrace/Splunk) and browser tools to perform waterfall analysis to identify roadblocks and improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define project specs and release documents throughout project.
  • Utilize peer code review practices.

ABOUT YOU:

    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.
  • Your experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional working experience in related field.
    • 7+ years of experience as a React.js developer with experience in React.js, HTML, CSS3.
    • Additional and extensive experience in JavaScript and React concepts.
    • Extensive experience as a front-end developer and a passion for mentoring peers.
    • CSS and CSS-precompilation proficiency.
    • Understanding of REST and Graph QL patterns with ability to integrate third party API’s.
    • Proficiency with Redux and Redux Sagas.
    • Knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ features (classes, arrow functions, template literals, promises, async/await, rest/spread operators).
    • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
    • Ability to refactor code and algorithms.
    • Experience with software development for eCommerce applications.
    • Consulting experience is a plus!

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional incentives. The annual salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000.
  • Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.
