We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js, along with a good understanding of AWS infrastructure. Ideal candidates must have solid English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will join a lean, agile team to support a platform focused on streamlining communication between occupational health clinics and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a communication and admin integration platform used by clinics and companies.
- Collaborate directly with the technical co-founder and product lead (currently the only internal engineer).
- Contribute to ongoing ticket management and task execution based on shifting weekly priorities.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Advanced experience with Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of AWS to support and complement existing infrastructure.
- Proficient in technical and conversational English.
Problem-Solving Expectations
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and support a minimal engineering team.
Domain Expertise (Nice to Have)
Previous work in startup or unstructured environments.
Emphasis on reliability, clean code, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
