Realm Alliance

We develop an AI platform for industrial operations, specifically for mining. Our platform integrates with existing cameras, sensors, and control systems. It detects and predicts equipment failures, identifies unsafe behavior, and automates responses. We also use edge AI devices and drones to detect events in various environments. Our goal is to maximize uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve safety.

We offer several specific tools:

• Unsafe Behavior Detection: This monitors video to find unsafe environments and behavior, using facial recognition to identify individuals.
• Froth Flotation Optimization: We use computer vision to monitor froth flotation, find problems, and suggest or make changes to reagent composition.
• PPE Enforcement: Our CCTV systems detect when PPE isn’t worn correctly and track unsafe workforce behavior.
• Longwall Shearer Assistant: This tool analyzes shearer data for per-shift performance, recurring downtime, and early signs of wear.
• Citation Assistant: We analyze MSHA citation documents to find recurring issues, root causes, and simplify termination processes.
• SCADA Alerts: This monitors SCADA systems for early warnings about fan health, atmospheric safety, conveyor conditions, and electrical stability.

We have a track record with clients in coal, gemstones, and oil & gas, often reducing unplanned downtime by 25%. Realm Alliance was founded in 2022 by Eugene Marinelli, former CTO of Blend and an early engineer at Palantir, and Myles Recny, cofounder of Even and former senior strategist at Palantir.
