Our platform helps businesses control money movement, orchestrate payment flows, and reduce friction throughout their operations. We process billions monthly, handle over 95% of customer payment volume, and maintain 99.99% uptime globally.

Our infrastructure connects various services through a single integration. This allows businesses to expand into new markets and manage the entire money movement flow from one platform, covering acceptance, routing, reconciliation, and foreign exchange.

Our product suite includes solutions for accepting payments, optimizing performance (with features like dynamic routing, fallbacks, adaptive 3DS, and network tokens), and managing payments (for tracking, reconciliation, and analysis). An AI Companion supports these tools. Our API helps manage client sessions, payments, and saved payment methods through versioned endpoints. We serve businesses in travel, fintech, retail, entertainment, and platform industries.

We are PCI-1, GDPR, and SOC2 Type-2 compliant, with ²⁴⁄₇ incident response. We founded Primer in 2020.

Primer is a remote-first, globally distributed company with 51-200 employees, founded in 2020. It supports employees in 32 countries and provides resources for remote collaboration.
