THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Global Wellbeing Engagement Sr Director to our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo, Brazil!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy that helps our clients successfully engage their employees with Wellhub’s wellbeing benefits.
Your ultimate goal: make it easier and more compelling for employees at client companies to use our platform - and help those companies succeed in promoting employee wellbeing.
To achieve this, you’ll work closely with internal teams across different regions and departments - like marketing, sales, product, and client success - to deliver a seamless and effective experience for our clients. You’ll also lead a diverse team focused on strategy, marketing operations, and client communications.
This is a high-impact role that requires someone skilled in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and project management, with a strong background in client engagement, marketing, and customer success.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead and develop a 15-person team: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and operational support to a cross-functional global team responsible for client engagement strategy, client communications and marketing operations.
- Build and lead a global engagement strategy across the client journey: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to support clients in driving strong employee participation in our wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing engagement at every stage—from onboarding through long-term adoption.
- Collaborate with regional teams: Partner with regional wellbeing engagement leads (these are the people that execute the strategy) to tailor global strategies to local needs and share successful practices across markets.
- Align cross-functional efforts: Work closely with teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Branding to ensure alignment and shared goals.
- Lead data-driven marketing and client communications: Use CRM tools and analytics to personalize engagement, support the development of impactful campaigns - as well as specific content - and drive employee participation in client wellbeing programs.
- Measure impact and manage resources: Define success metrics, analyze program outcomes, and report regularly to senior leadership, while ensuring effective budget management and a strong return on investment.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience leading client engagement or marketing strategy in a B2B2C context (e.g., benefits, SaaS, wellness, or employee engagement sectors);
- Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and influencing across senior stakeholders;
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering scalable solutions that improve engagement and client success;
- Solid understanding of client lifecycle marketing, CRM systems (ex: Salesforce), and performance metrics;
- Passionate about employee wellbeing and making a measurable difference in people’s lives;
