THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Sr. Manager to our Sales team in Mexico!
The Client Success Sr. Manager is responsible for creating and consolidating strong relationships with a portfolio of larger-sized clients (3,000 or more eligible employees), driving their long-term growth and satisfaction. This strategic role combines account management, business development, and effective communication skills to ensure the continuous success of clients and the expansion of revenue.
While this is a Manager-level position, it does not involve team management. Instead, you will operate as a high-impact Individual Contributor, owning critical initiatives and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across teams.
YOUR IMPACT
Client Portfolio Management:
- Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Thoroughly understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of each client.
- Develop scalable success plans for each client, aligned with their business goals.
- Monitor and analyze client usage of the product/service to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and adjust strategies.
Business Development and Growth:
- Identify and execute strategies to increase subscriber growth and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) within the assigned portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within client accounts.
- Explore and develop scalable strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the “Wellbeing Engagement” team to improve continuous (evergreen) communication with clients.
- Collaborate with indirect channel clients to maximize their success and satisfaction.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience (4-5 years) in account management, client success, or similar roles in the B2B technology market.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for client success and commitment to excellence.
- Fluent English (oral and written)
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the wellness or health-related technology sector.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and growth hacking strategies.
