About the Team
The Celestia Labs Team is remote first and highly distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast paced startup environment.
While we don’t require team members to live in specific time zones, we primarily operate between European and US time zones and prefer candidates in those regions to facilitate team collaboration. Team members are expected to be available for scheduled team meetings and company events, which typically occur between 1pm-6pm CET.
About You
Celestia Labs is seeking a Graphic Designer. You will ideate, create and maintain visual content through a variety of digital channels. As a member of the Marketing Team, you will work on projects related to developer relations, communications, and events to develop visual and creative content that supports Celestia Labs.

Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and web properties
- Create brand-consistent graphics for blog posts, tutorials, and documentation
- Develop presentation materials and pitch decks for partnerships and ecosystem outreach
- Design user interface elements and improve user experience across our digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling visual content
- Maintain and evolve our brand identity and design system
- Create infographics and visual explanations of technical concepts for community education
- Design materials for events, conferences, and community engagement
- Work effectively with a growing, remote team
- Support cross-functional teams with design needs as they arise
Who You Are
- Above all, you’re an excellent graphic designer with a strong creative vision
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint)
- Stay current with design trends while being innovative enough to set new ones
- Passionate about continuous learning and applying new skills to advance the project
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing recent work across various design mediums
- Able to participate in team calls and collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer
- Video animation skills are a plus but not required
- Native-level English proficiency
While experience in the blockchain space is preferred – having general excitement about web3 and modular blockchain technology is a must!
