About Verdani Partners

Since 2012, we’ve been a full-service Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sustainability consulting firm, specializing in corporate sustainability, LEED certification, and greening and retrofitting existing buildings. We focus on enhancing existing structures by providing profitable solutions and promoting continuous improvement in building operations.

We offer corporate sustainability strategies, portfolio-wide energy optimization, LEED Gap Analysis, and LEED Certification and Recertification (including LEED Volume Program and LEED EBOM). We also provide ENERGY STAR Benchmarking and ASHRAE Audits. Beyond that, we provide education and training, GRESB Reporting, and implement climate resilience and decarbonization strategies. Our services also cover Sustainability Program Management, comprehensive Data Management & Asset-Level Support (including utility data, due diligence questionnaires, and data quality assessments), and Communications, Engagement & ESG Reporting.

We assist clients with green building certifications like LEED®, Fitwel®, IREM®, BREEAM®, and WELL®, managing the application processes. Our strategic priorities combine decarbonization, energy optimization, and resilience with governance, data, and communications. This means focusing on Energy Optimization (efficiency, retrofit programs, performance planning), Decarbonization (emissions inventory, roadmaps, transition risk assessment), and Resilience (climate risk, nature-based strategies). We also support ongoing activities like ESG Strategy and Implementation, GRESB, PRI, and CDP Reporting, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CA & EU Disclosures, IFRS/TCFD, SFDR Alignment).

Our clients include developers, architects, building owners, and managers across various building types, serving national and global real estate portfolios. We are a women-owned business operating in 32 countries. Our team members have over 25 years of combined expertise. To date, we’ve supported 33 clients, covering 2 billion square feet and 12,000 properties, with over $800 billion AUM. We’ve certified 200 million square feet and completed 322 GRESB submissions, achieving 41 first-rank positions in peer groups. We adhere to over two dozen ESG standards and frameworks, including CDP, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, GRESB, GRI, IFRS, PCAF, PRI, SASB, Science Based Targets, and TCFD.

We also provide educational content, including webinars, training courses, LEED Green Associate exam preparation, newsletters, and thought leadership articles to support our clients and industry partners.
