Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visual assets for packaging, labels, and product displays.
  • Develop point-of-purchase (POP) materials for retail environments.
  • Create branded assets for events, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Ensure consistency across all design work in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to execute design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the beverage space (beer or
  • spirits), CPG, or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, POP, and brand design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with print production processes and materials.
  • Experience developing creative for multicultural audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent layout and typography skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

It´s a Plus:

  • Create ad-hoc marketing deliverables, including sales sheets, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure the creative aligns with brand objectives and cultural tone.
  • Familiarity with both on-premise and off-premise marketing strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to align creative with brand objectives and cultural Sensitivities.
  • Knowledge of beverage industry trends.

Compensation:

  • This is a 3-month project: full-time for the first month, then part-time for the following two.
  • The Salary range offered for this position as a Full Time varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,200 and as a Part Time $800 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
