We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to own customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Your role will focus on optimizing conversion rates, scaling marketing channels, and experimenting with new growth tactics to accelerate business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies, including paid media, content marketing, email, SEO, and social.
  • Own performance marketing efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and optimize CAC.
  • Build and execute A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.
  • Optimize website performance through CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
  • Ability to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and iterate quickly.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for landing page optimization.
