What this role is about:
You will be a strategic part of the Marketing team focusing on the Public Safety Group. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can blend strategic marketing know-how with data-driven execution capabilities. This role will sit at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and operations, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactical implementation.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive customer activation, expansion, retention, and acquisition.
- Fully utilize and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools and automation to scale growth efforts (Gainsight, Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce, Navattic)
- Build robust data pipelines and insightful dashboards to monitor marketing performance, identify trends in user behavior, and share actionable insights across the organization to inform our PLG-to-SLG strategy
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey, utilizing channels like email, paid media, and in-product advertising
- Collaborate with product & product marketing teams to implement growth features and product-led growth initiatives
- Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve marketing performance
- Strategically manage marketing automation workflows and sophisticated lead nurturing sequences, with a strong emphasis on email marketing
- Create data pipelines and dashboards to track marketing performance and share insights
- Own key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
- Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and systems
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Proven expertise with key marketing and sales platforms including Hubspot, Apollo, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Navattic
- Demonstrable expertise in email marketing strategy and execution for conversion and engagement.
- Experience with prompt engineering, especially within Clay, Common Room, or Apollo
- Track record of leveraging AI to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and performance
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience with product-led-growth to sales-lead-growth strategies and tactical execution
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and funnel optimization
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to identify, implement, and optimize automation and artificial intelligence solutions within marketing workflows and campaigns
- A systems-oriented and data-focused thinker with a passion for building scalable growth engines.

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000. This role will also be eligible to receive equity options.
