Who We Are

Second Dinner is an award-winning independent game development studio. Just how many awards, you ask? A whopping 22 in total so far… Including Mobile Game of the Year from both The Game Awards and DICE, Best Strategy Game from IGN, and the prestigious Apple Design Award for Innovation. Yes, that’s a lot of awards! But these accolades don’t magically materialize; they’re a testament to the amazing folks who make up our studio. You could be the next addition to our award-winning team! Continue reading to find out more.

For our debut game, MARVEL SNAP, we’ve partnered with Marvel (Trust us, we had to pinch ourselves too!). We’ve got other SUPER FUN (but still secret) projects in the works, and this role is a chance to be a part of something new and special at the company. As a remote-first company, we value diversity and encourage applications from everyone who can bring something unique to the table.

Calling all Curious, Driven, and Creative Performance Marketers Devoted to their Craft!

Second Dinner is building an industry-leading growth team and is looking for someone to help us shape the growth team of the future.

We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded marketer to help scale user acquisition for MARVEL SNAP as we transition to fully in-house Publishing. You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and rewarded/video networks, while owning creative testing, ASO experiments, and partner coordination.

You’ll be a foundational growth hire on a lean, high-impact team during a key moment in our evolution as we bring User Acquisition entirely in-house.

Your Role

The Growth Marketing Manager role is perfect for someone who is energized by performance data and curious about what makes creative win. If you’re excited to help build HOW we grow, not just WHAT we grow, this role is for YOU!

We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded marketer to help scale user acquisition for MARVEL SNAP as we transition to entirely in-house Publishing. You will report to the Director of Growth, and your primary responsibility is to lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and rewarded/video networks, while owning creative testing, ASO experiments, and partner coordination. You’ll collaborate with top-tier talent across product, creative, and publishing in a high-trust, high-ownership environment where your insights won’t just be heard, they’ll shape what we do next.

Your work will directly impact the success of MARVEL SNAP and lay the groundwork for how we scale performance across the secret projects we can’t wait to reveal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive performance of paid UA campaigns across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and Rewarded/Video networks, executing with precision to hit ROAS and payback targets

  • Manage campaign setup and pacing end-to-end, ensuring we deliver efficiently, scale responsibly, and stay tightly aligned to goals

  • Lead day-to-day partner and vendor management, including performance reviews, troubleshooting, and surfacing new growth opportunities

  • Run the creative feedback engine: design and own test plans, turning campaign performance into sharp insights that accelerate asset development and unlock high-performing concepts

  • Partner with the Creative Lead to shape and scale a strategic creative pipeline across static, video, and emerging formats, and stay at the forefront of creative innovation in performance marketing

  • Own ASO performance and experimentation: report on key shifts, and implement tests to improve both organic and paid conversion, in close collaboration with the Platform and PMM teams

  • Support market-specific campaign execution, including seasonal moments, content drops, and platform opportunities

  • Oversee UA ops workflows, including Partner Contract, Billing, Invoice, Spend, and performance data QA to keep channels running clean and efficiently

What You’ll Need:

( Even if you don’t check every box. If this role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you!)

  • 3+ years of proven experience driving performance across UA channels — Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and more

  • Strong analytical instincts: confident using data to diagnose problems, drive decisions, and optimize results

  • Self-starter with strong follow-through: comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing shifting priorities, and collaborating across teams

  • Creative intuition with a love for the craft: excited by the intersection of storytelling, tech, and experimentation, and stays on top of new tools and trends (UGC, AI, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ASO testing and an understanding of how store assets and metadata impact both organic and paid conversion

  • Above all, you’re excited to contribute to a collaborative culture and help scale something players truly love

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:

  • Experience marketing cross-platform games, including PC or multi-surface player journeys

  • Exposure to emerging UA channels like Reddit Ads, paid influencer campaigns, CTV ads, and rewarded ad networks

  • Practical use of AI tools to enhance workflow, automation, or creative experimentation in a marketing context
