As the data-driven Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role will and wear two critical hats within the Growth Marketing & Sales Organization:

  • Lead strategic planning, robust analytics and forecasting in support of the Growth team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a data expert, and a strong communicator, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and informative executive presentations.
  • Lead one of our top strategic priorities to diversify and scale our media programs which includes ongoing optimization and mix allocation within core media channels (e.g., Meta, Paid Search, TikTok) and identification of new media channels for experimentation.

The ideal candidate will:

  • possess a strong blend of marketing acumen, digital media proficiency,  analytical expertise, and strategic thinking
  • have demonstrated experience growing businesses and marketing programs at scale
  • have the perfect blend of being highly analytical and data-proficient, with a deep understanding of digital marketing across a variety of channels
  • have experience with both a digital/e-commerce and human-led, lead-based sales funnel

Responsibilities:

Growth Business Forecasting & Data Analysis:

  • Lead quarterly/annual forecast development for the Growth Marketing and Sales organization, collaborating with channel leads, and responsible for executive presentations and alignment.
  • Overseeing macro Growth performance (and source-level) for top-line business KPIs such as CAC, RAC, ARPC, and customer acquisition targets (# of onboards, ARR) ensuring forecast attainment.
  • Lead daily governance of full-funnel metrics, from top-of-funnel (TOF) media and site-activity to bottom-of-funnel (BOF) sales trends, identifying optimization opportunities and driving action.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering, business operations, and data science teams to develop and maintain relevant data queries, reporting dashboards, and data-first tools (e.g., propensity models, profiling).
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights to Influence Marketing and Sales leadership to challenge thinking and/or prioritize key optimization moves within their channels.
  • You will balance priorities and budget allocation across all sources  to achieve growth targets within the guardrails of CAC & RAC goals.

Growth Media Strategist:

  • Develop and lead execution of quarterly strategic media plans supporting our business objective to diversify and scale our media presence with a rapid “test, optimize, scale or fail” approach.
  • Provide thought leadership on platform selection, media mix optimization, audience targeting and creative approaches to drive performance across all core and experimental media channels.
  • Identify and define key target audiences, and determine the most effective channels to reach them, especially in a changing privacy landscape and within the bounds of evolving financial-services restrictions.
  • Strategic leadership and partnership with our media planning and buying agency as well as the Director of Content (Paid & Organic) to develop campaigns and creative assets to fuel our media programs.
  • Identify and drive forward initiatives to tailor user-experience and on-site strategy to identify and optimize user-intent, and craft bespoke journeys for users across intent-levels.
  • Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing efforts.

Thought leadership and Communication:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data-driven marketing.

  • Identify and evaluate new growth marketing opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Research and implement the latest industry insights and trends to enhance media and full-funnel performance.

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights

  • Proven expertise with a variety of digital media platforms.  Must haves: Meta, TikTok, Paid Search, Digital Video/CTV.  A bonus if you also have LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging platforms.

  • Experience with landing page optimizations for paid campaigns as part of the overall end to end digital user journey, with an understanding of channel-specific best practices for ongoing CRO.

  • Experience in analyzing multi-platform data insights across tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and directly within databases like BigQuery and BI tools.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship builder, as this role requires ability to connect with other internal and external partners to drive omnichannel, integrated marketing programs.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

  • Experience with sales funnels that are digital and human

  • $175,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus + equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
