At Wellthy, we dream of a world where everyone has the care infrastructure they need to manage their own health and the health and well-being of their loved ones.
We’re building that world with an exceptional team dedicated to helping people and families manage, navigate, and access quality care—with a strong emphasis on complex care. This often includes senior care, childcare, and support for individuals with chronic conditions.
At Wellthy, we merge unparalleled care expertise with agile, tech-powered product. We partner with leading companies—including more than 30 Fortune 500 companies—to support the care needs of their workforces globally. We also collaborate with health plans to provide comprehensive care support for their members.
We’re building, evolving, and expanding the market category for care, and we’re looking for responsive, collaborative, curious, and purposeful colleagues to join us.
As our Growth and Product Marketing Associate, you will support a wide range of marketing efforts, from building sales enablement materials to helping bring new features and campaigns to market. You’ll work closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and more to help Wellthy grow and tell a consistent, compelling story in the market.
You will report directly to Wellthy’s Head of Growth and Product Marketing.
To be successful in this role:
This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role with a wide variety of responsibilities. The person in this position will support Wellthy’s sales, marketing, client success, and product teams through content creation, organization, and strategic execution.

- Slide decks: Build and update presentation materials (both standard and customized) for prospect meetings, sales conferences, and internal trainings
- Demos: Help write demo scripts and assist with all aspects of demo environment setup and delivery
- Videos: Contribute to the creation of short-form videos that showcase our product, impact, and new features
- Content Marketing (ebooks, white papers): Draft and format long-form thought leadership pieces that support the sales journey
- Website (e.g. growth landing pages): Support copywriting, content updates, new page creation, blog posts, and more
- Email: Strategize and build effective email campaigns for sales outreach and lifecycle touchpoints; identify A/B testing opportunities
- Battlecards: Maintain up-to-date internal documents that compare Wellthy to competitors and support sales conversations
- Case Studies: Support the creation of client-specific and member-focused case studies that highlight Wellthy’s impact across industries and populations
- Assist in developing and evolving product messaging, creating messaging for new launches and features, and translating messaging into on-brand member- and prospect-facing materials.
- Be an integral part of our Customer (Client) Marketing strategy, deepening bonds with existing customers and members while also extracting key insights. This person will also work closely with our Member Engagement and Marketing Operations teams to map existing processes and find opportunities for improvement.
- Help organize and maintain Wellthy’s growth and product marketing content, including shared drives, libraries, and team folders. Help ensure content stays current, accessible, and aligned with Wellthy’s evolving needs and the momentum of our business.

- Detail-oriented execution: Able to manage multiple priorities without letting things slip through the cracks. Brings strong follow-through and stays on task and on deadline, even amid competing requests and a fast-paced environment.
