We help families and employees manage caregiving responsibilities. Our Care Concierge service combines technology and human expertise to help families navigate various care situations. This includes personalized 1:1 support from experts in social work, patient advocacy, nursing, and behavioral health. We also provide a digital care dashboard for managing tasks and securely storing information, along with expert-moderated peer-to-peer forums for caregivers.

We cover a wide range of care needs across life’s stages, including family planning, parenting & childcare, aging & eldercare, personal health, backup care, complex needs, veterans support, cancer and dementia care, end of life & loss, and caregiving from afar.

Through partnerships with health plans and employers—including over 150 companies and more than 30 Fortune 500 organizations—we support nearly 2 million people. Founded in 2014, we focus on care management, coordination, social work, and advocacy.
