If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a GTM Operations Specialist (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.

As a GTM Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in reviewing new deals and assisting our NOAM (North American) sales teams by providing crucial information. You’ll support the Sales department, ensure compliance with financial and legal standards, and help streamline operations to improve team efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to company initiatives and handle other tasks as assigned by management. Your ability to tackle complex challenges, learn quickly, and work effectively within a team will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Offer valuable insights and support to the Sales team
• Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, and payments
• Ensure sales activities comply with financial and legal standards
• Analyze reports to improve team efficiency and optimize daily operations
• Contribute to broader company initiatives and projects beyond routine duties
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Entry-level experience in an administrative role
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-related industry
• Familiarity with Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila’s heavy traffic!
