This is a 100% remote position with the option to work hybrid from the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement & GTM Programs, the GTM Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of training, content, and tools that support Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in GTM operations or enablement.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members by managing logistics, tracking completion, and updating training content.
Maintain and organize enablement materials including playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, and certification tracks.
Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives such as product training, methodology sessions, and sales skill workshops.
Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities for all internal training sessions.
Maintain and support the enablement platform (e.g., Showpad), ensuring users can easily find and access the most current content.
Track enablement program participation and impact metrics (e.g., onboarding progress, tool usage, training completions).
Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams to gather feedback, identify needs, and implement improvements.
Stay informed on Keeper’s products and GTM strategies to ensure enablement materials stay relevant.
3+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related support function within a B2B SaaS environment.
Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups.
Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS), CRMs like Salesforce, and content management platforms preferred.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
