About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team and support an innovative client specializing in security software. In this role, you will be dedicated to helping our client identify, attract, and hire top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success professionals, to drive their business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of emerging technologies and talent acquisition.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the client’s hiring managers to understand their GTM hiring needs and build effective, scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage various sourcing tools and methods to build a robust pipeline of top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success leaders.
  • Proactively reach out to, engage, and nurture candidates, ensuring a delightful recruitment experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks to the client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring alignment with the client’s business goals and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles within the technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of the security software industry or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, or similar.
