REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support

SHIFT HOURS: between 8AM to 3PM / 7PM - 9PM, 6PM - 8PM

Guest Services & Sales Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest Communication & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via email and other communication platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and extension or cancellation requests.
Address guest concerns and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and align with company standards.
- Sales Follow-Up & Lead Tracking
Conduct follow-up calls to potential guests who have expressed interest in booking.
Track and analyze conversion rates of leads to improve booking success.
Maintain records of interactions and provide reports on sales activity and performance.
- Administrative & Documentation Management
Regularly update company protocols and internal documentation for accuracy.
Maintain detailed guest records, booking histories, and transaction logs.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Billing & Payment Processing
Oversee monthly billing tasks for long-term guests, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or payment issues with guests.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native proficiency required).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify errors and maintain precise records.
- Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours, particularly mornings and late afternoons.
- Industry Experience: Background in real estate sales or guest services is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools to track guest interactions and sales performance.
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:
- OTA Platform Knowledge: Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or booking.com is a significant advantage.
