Our company is a growing brand that teaches emotional intelligence skills to help women enhance their communication, conflict resolution, and connection in their relationships. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing & Digital Operations VA to support the execution of weekly content, digital campaigns, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven business, can take ownership of implementation, and brings both marketing and light design skills to the table.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
- Format and schedule weekly email newsletters and replay emails
- Assist with list segmentation and basic automations (e.g., welcome or funnel sequences)
- Design email templates that match brand guidelines (inside Kajabi)
YouTube & Content Uploads
- Upload edited videos to YouTube
- Create titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
- Schedule content and draft replay announcement emails
Design Support
- Create branded materials for workshops (slides, one-pagers, workbooks)
- Design templates for social media, email, and community posts
- Assist with redesigning the YouTube channel for a polished, aligned look
Social Media Management
- Repurpose content from TikTok, EQ101 classes, and podcast appearances
- Create content calendars and suggest new content ideas
- Design graphics using brand colors and fonts
- Schedule consistent posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Group, and YouTube
- Upload short-form content and track engagement metrics
Membership Community Support
- Help coordinate member emails, calendar invites, and updates
- Upload resources (worksheets, guides, recordings) to Kajabi
- Schedule community prompts/posts inside the Facebook Group or platform
- Support Self-Aware Summer campaign delivery
Campaign & Funnel Implementation
- Assist with setup for new launches and offers (e.g., Self-Aware Summer)
- Landing pages, email sequences, checkout pages, thank-you pages
- Ensure brand consistency across assets
- Make light recommendations for marketing strategies, funnels, or engagement ideas
Requirements:
- Experience with digital marketing or online coaching businesses
- Strong design skills (Canva is a must; bonus if familiar with Figma or Adobe Suite)
- Working knowledge of Kajabi (required) and/or Wix
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Groups
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
- Bonus: understanding of emotional intelligence, coaching, or personal development space
